Efrain Rodriguez, LPC, EMDR-T, Flash-T

I'm a Christian and have been counseling for 30 years (25 years as an LPC). My expertise is most evident with clients that have a trauma background. I use EMDR and FLASH Technique to process negative and traumatic memories which helps in the reduction of common clinical symptoms that stem from trauma, like depression, anxiety, anger, triggers, and panic. And since trauma involves the whole being, I'm passionate about addressing the spiritual underpinnings and values that clients wrestle with, and how these have impacted their relationship with God, others, and self.

Ashleigh Stateson, LPC

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in marriage counseling, trauma, and abuse. As divorce rates rise, so does my desire to help struggling marriages; a large part of my approach to marriage counseling is using the Gottman Method. I also work with teenagers and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and a variety of other issues. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and/or Biblical Counseling. My goal is to help my clients reach their goals! For me, therapy is a tool to aid in the process of healing, reconciliation, and recovery in a healthy time frame, so that clients no longer need therapy. When people ask me how I knew that counseling is what I wanted to do as a career, I say, “when I realized that I could get paid to do what I already love to do.” When I’m not counseling you can probably find me at a coffee shop, with friends, or doing things with my church. I love Jesus and He loves you, too!

Melinda Boyd, LPC, EMDR-T, ART

My experience is working with trauma. I primarily use Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) which uses imagery and helps resolve negative body sensations associated with stuck emotions and images. This allows for quicker resolutions to issues than typical talk therapy. I also use EMDR and Gottman Method for Couples counseling. Soul wounds as well as traumatic experiences can create stuck points in life that need resolution. Using interventions that work with the science of your brain helps reboot your brain and find resolutions for the brain's tendency to return to the same rut where depression and anxiety tend to grow. So, whether you've experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties or chronic pain, let's talk about new ways to move forward. I offer a safe, non-judgmental environment for you be heard. If you desire to incorporate Christian principles and spiritual coping skills into your therapy experience, I am a believer and would be honored to encourage you on your journey. Being a therapist is a God given calling for me to walk alongside those who are hurting.
