Rate

$125-$200 per individual session, depending on the counselor's licensure, training, and tenure.

Insurance

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact us to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services. Moreover, Primacy Counseling can provide you with a Superbly once a month if your insurance plan should include OON (out-of-network) benefits.

We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Do I have a co-pay? If so, what is that amount?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment

Primacy Counseling accepts debit, HSA/FSA cards, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, a  cancellation fee applies. This is necessary because a time commitment is held exclusively for you.
