Resources–

These resources are designed for those who desire a different approach to aid with spiritual and integrative healing through coaching, prayer, and functional models.

Group huddle in dim lighting

Biblical Integration Coach

These groups are for Christian men who:

  • Feel emotionally shut down or distant from people they love
  • Carry anger, grief, or shame they don’t know how to process
  • Are exhausted from “pushing through”

If you’ve tried to “pray it away,” stay strong, or ignore the pain — and nothing has changed — you’re not failing. Your nervous system learned how to survive.

Functional Integration Help

Trauma often teaches men to isolate. Healing happens differently.

A trauma-informed men’s group provides:

  • Connection without pressure
  • Structure without exposure
  • Support without fixing
  • Faith without bypassing pain
  • You don’t have to share more than you’re ready to
  • You don’t have to explain yourself
  • You don’t have to perform strength

Many men find that healing alongside other men who understand the struggle helps restore trust, emotional
awareness, and spiritual grounding faster than working alone.

Right Brain Counseling

These men’s groups are:

✔ Trauma-informed
✔ Clinically guided
✔ Structured and intentional

Supportive hands on person's shoulders, seeking comfort.

These groups are not:

  • Bible studies
  • Accountability groups

You won’t be forced to talk.
You won’t be fixed.

A WORD ABOUT FAITH & TRAUMA

Many Christian men were taught to be faithful — but not how to process pain.

WHAT MEN OFTEN EXPERIENCE THROUGH THE GROUP

While every man’s journey is different, many participants report:

  • Feeling emotionally alive again
  • Reduced anger, anxiety, or numbness

Healing doesn’t mean becoming someone else. It means becoming more fully yourself.
